JESSE L. WIMBERLY, IV graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a degree in Mass Communication. From there, he attended Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in the fall of 2003, and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in Civil Law in May of 2006.
Jesse passed the Louisiana State Bar in July of 2006, and immediately began practice representing the property owners near the Murphy Oil Refinery in Chalmette, LA after Hurricane Katrina who were flooded with crude oil. Upon successful conclusion of the class action litigation, Jesse began work at the Wimberly Law Firm representing clients in multiple areas of law including criminal, divorce and personal injury.
Jesse currently specializes in Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law, and has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Jesse has handled numerous trials to verdict with both juries and judges. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose membership is limited to attorneys who have won a million dollar verdict or settlement.
