JESSE L. WIMBERLY III received his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University and founded the Wimberly Law firm in l978.
Mr. Wimberly has more than 40 years of continuous practice and experience as a civil and criminal trial litigator. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose membership is limited to attorneys who have won a million dollar verdict or settlement. Mr.
Wimberly has won numerous million and multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements in his career.
Mr Wimberly is board certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Louisiana Association for Justice, and is a Fellow with the Louisiana Bar Foundation. He is a frequent lecturer at Bar Association functions in the area of professionalism, ethics, malpractice, office practice, and
JESSE L. WIMBERLY, IV graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003, and then from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in 2006. Jesse passed the Louisiana State Bar in July of 2006, and immediately began practice representing the property owners near the Murphy Oil Refinery in Chalmette, LA after Hurricane Katrina. Upon successful conclusion of the class action litigation, Jesse began work at the Wimberly Law Firm representing clients in multiple areas of law. Jesse currently specializes in Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law, and has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients.
