Nicholas V. Cressy was born in New Orleans and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts at Louisiana State University.  After completing his undergraduate education, Mr. Cressy attended Loyola New Orleans College of Law.

Mr. Cressy began his career in criminal defense in his third year of law school.  Pursuant to La. Supreme Court Rule 20, Mr. Cressy represented indigent persons accused of crimes in Orleans Parish.

After graduating law school, Mr. Cressy continued his social justice work at the Public Defenders office in St. Tammany Parish as a felony trial attorney.  While serving his community as a public defender, Mr. Cressy learned to be a zealous advocate for his clients, often times against overwhelming odds.  Under the tutorship of his mentor, Milton P. Massinter, Mr. Cressy learned how to effectively defend the most complex criminal cases.

After leaving the Public Defenders office, Mr. Cressy joined the Wimberly Law Firm where he practices in the area’s of Criminal Law and Personal Injury.

Mr. Cressy is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana state courts, and in the United States Federal Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.

JESSE L. WIMBERLY, IV​ graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003, and then from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in 2006.  Jesse passed the Louisiana State Bar in July of 2006, and immediately began practice representing the property owners near the Murphy Oil Refinery in Chalmette, LA after Hurricane Katrina.  Upon successful conclusion of the class action litigation, Jesse began work at the Wimberly Law Firm representing clients in multiple areas of law.  Jesse currently specializes in Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law, and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

JESSE L. WIMBERLY III  received his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University and founded the Wimberly Law firm in l978.

Mr. Wimberly has more than 37 years of continuous practice and experience as a civil and criminal trial litigator.  He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose membership is limited to attorneys who have won a million dollar verdict or settlement.  Mr. 
Wimberly has won numerous million and multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements in his career.

Mr Wimberly is board certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Louisiana Association for Justice, and is a Fellow with the Louisiana Bar Foundation.  He is a frequent lecturer at Bar Association functions in the area of professionalism, ethics, malpractice, office practice, and
personal injury.
